An Ulthera transducer enquiry should start with the complete DS reference, not a treatment area or a general photo. The official Ulthera System Instructions for Use separates the control unit, the UH-2 DeepSEE handpiece and the removable image/treat transducer. For a professional supply request, send the DS reference, the control-unit and handpiece identification, quantity and destination so the exact order can be reviewed.
The references below identify the official product family. DS 10-1.5 and DS 10-1.5N: confirm the contact footprint

The N suffix changes the contact-footprint reference. Include it exactly as shown on the item or label, together with the handpiece and control-unit details, before requesting a model-specific supply check.

A 4.5 mm description does not identify the transducer by itself. DS 7-4.5 and DS 4-4.5 have different frequencies and part references, so the complete DS reference is required.
