What to verify before requesting XERF treatment tips
Prepare an XERF treatment-tip request using the exact effector reference, system label, quantity and traceability fields needed for an item-specific review.

A brand name or a general description such as ‘face tip’ or ‘body tip’ is not enough to identify a commercial XERF item. Start with the complete effector or model reference, then record the system label and item-level traceability fields before requesting supply details.
The FDA 510(k) summary describes 12 active electrode-tip types compatible with the XERF handpiece. That manufacturer-level statement does not establish which tip a buyer has, whether a proposed item matches a particular system, or whether that item is available. MIEING reviews those questions against the exact request and is not presented as the manufacturer or an authorised distributor of XERF.
Start with the exact tip reference

Use the wording on the tip, package or existing purchasing record where possible. Send the full model, catalogue number or effector reference rather than a treatment-area label. If a field is unavailable, mark it as unknown instead of selecting a similar-looking reference.
Before a quotation is confirmed, compare the proposed item with the buyer's current system and with current official traceability records where relevant.
| Record before requesting supply details | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Exact effector model or catalogue number | Distinguishes the requested commercial item from another XERF tip format |
| UDI shown on the item or package | Provides an item-level identifier for traceability review |
| Serial or lot reference | Allows the specific unit or batch to be compared with current records |
| Manufacturing date | May be required when an official record covers a defined production period |
| XERF system reference and visible label | Keeps the review tied to the buyer's exact equipment |
| Required quantity and destination country | Defines the commercial request without implying availability |
| Single sample or repeat-order request | Keeps sample review separate from any future supply discussion |
This is a procurement-identification checklist, not clinical advice. It does not recommend a tip, treatment area, setting or protocol.
Separate the tip request from the system request

A complete XERF system enquiry and a treatment-tip enquiry need different checks. For a system request, describe the requested system configuration and destination country. For a tip request, lead with the exact effector reference, the existing system reference and the required quantity.
Keeping those requests separate reduces the risk that a quotation for one item is mistaken for a statement about another. It also avoids treating a brand name as a compatibility conclusion. A tip is reviewed for the exact requested model; it is not advertised as universally compatible with every system described as XERF.
Use item-level traceability for an Effector 60 request
Some buyers may request an item identified as XERF EFFECTOR 60. The current FDA recall record lists an open, classified Class II recall under Z-0146-2026 for specified catalogue numbers, UDI values, serial or lot references, and devices manufactured from 1 April to 20 August 2025.
This record does not apply automatically to every XERF product or every item described as Effector 60. Before confirming an order, compare the exact catalogue number, UDI, serial or lot reference and manufacturing date with the current official record. A generic product photo or the word ‘new’ is not a substitute for that traceability check.
If an item exactly matches the official record, the FDA action instructs consignees to stop use of the affected device and return it. Follow the current original notice and the recalling firm’s instructions for that specific item; this article does not determine whether an item is affected.
Ask for a single-tip sample where appropriate
MIEING can discuss a single sample for a treatment-tip enquiry. A sample allows the buyer to compare the received item's visible identity, label and accompanying product information with the agreed request before discussing a repeat purchase.
A sample does not establish future availability, replace an order-specific traceability review, prove compatibility or demonstrate market access. Commercial and documentation questions remain specific to the requested item and destination.
What to include in the first enquiry
The website form is intentionally short. In the message field, include:
- the complete XERF tip model or effector reference;
- your XERF system reference, if available;
- whether you need a single sample or a repeat-order quantity;
- the destination country; and
- your preferred email or WhatsApp contact.
If a photo, package label, serial/lot information or a further system reference is needed, MIEING can request it during follow-up. For a broader guide to product labels, photos and part references, see how to prepare a complete product-identification request.
Request a model-specific XERF tip review
Tell us the exact tip reference, quantity and destination country. MIEING will review the specified request and continue the discussion by email or WhatsApp.
